When we received the buyers' specifications/samples/drawing, we will give the buyer price and other business terms including quantity and tooling charge. If the business is possible, we shall make samples for our clients testing, sometime making changes if necessary. Once confirmation of samples is received, we always suggest starting the business with a trial order. If both of buyer and seller on the project are satisfied with the trial order and business activity, then we go ahead with buyer's regular orders.
